The national applicants are people who have an apprenticeship or study in Germany, or have recognized their qualifications in Germany, have a work permit and are in Germany during the application phase.
International applicants are persons who have completed their training or studies abroad, their qualifications can be recognized in Germany and are abroad during the process.
