Foreign applicants are persons who have completed their training or studies abroad, especially in third countries, their qualifications can be recognized in Germany and are currently abroad during the procedure.
We are only allowed to refer these applicants in the required professions within the framework of the Skilled Workers Immigration Act (FEG), which came into force on March 1, 2020, in Germany.

The Skilled Workers Immigration Act (FEG) came into force on March 1, 2020. The law regulates the immigration of skilled workers from third countries. This eliminates the so-called positive list for professional qualifications and the priority check by the Federal Employment Agency. However, the Federal Employment Agency has a different role within the FEG.

Applicants from third countries need a visa to enter Germany.
So far, only people with academic degrees have been granted a job search visa in Germany. Now, under certain conditions, professionally qualified people are also allowed to enter the country to look for a job.
